— Your Trust Matters to Us

About This Policy.

We don’t sell your personal information. We never have, and we never will.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers the website, our online shop, and our email list. Gifts made through our donation platform also fall under our Donor Privacy Policy.

01

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us, and what our tools record when you visit.

What you give us

●

Orders — Your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number if you provide it, and what you ordered. You enter card details directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

●

Accounts — If you create an account at checkout, we keep your login email, your order history, and your saved addresses. WordPress stores your password in encrypted form.

●

Contact form — Your name, email address, and message.

●

Email list — Your email address, and your name if you give it.

What our tools record

When you visit, our analytics and advertising tools record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that sent you here, and how long you stay. The Cookies and Tracking section below names each tool and explains how to opt out.

02

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Our site uses four kinds.

●

Affiliate – Some links on our Equipping and Resources pages go to outside retailers. When you click one, the retailer may place a cookie in your browser to credit us for any purchase. Those purchases give us a small commission at no cost to you.

●

Advertising – The Meta Pixel runs [on our shop, product, and checkout pages]. It tells Meta when someone visits those pages or buys, so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may connect this activity to your Meta account.

●

Analytics – Google Analytics and Jetpack count visits and show us which pages people read. We see totals and trends, not individual identities.

●

Essential – WooCommerce, our shop software, uses cookies to hold items in your cart and keep you logged in. The shop won’t work without them.

Sheep Food Ministries participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program. Third parties, including Amazon and other advertisers, may serve content and ads, collect information directly from visitors, and place or recognize cookies in visitors’ browsers.
